  • With the new October FIFA rankings, Mexico is now ranked 19.
  • Hector Herrera and Jorge Enriquez are back from injuries. Enriquez even scored in his return against Club Leon.
  • Mexico will be part of the bidding to host the 2026 World cup. If chosen, it will be Mexico’s third time hosting (previously hosted cups were 1970 and 1986).
  • Rumors reveal that Manchester United may be interested in transferring Chicharito.

  1. Man… I really hope Hernandez gets out of this slump. It would be great to see him be his former self. That was a pleasure to see… Hurry and recover, Fabian!!!

    1. I wouldn’t mind see Chicharito on a loan. United has a lot of fight with forwards, and it is obvious Van Persie and Rooney are favored. He could do well in a place like Italy. I also wish Fabian a good recovery. He needs to get back out there…

  2. I called it on Guyana game , national games are now mostly played in Texas, they lost favor with California

    1. I am really bummed that it isn’t in Phoenix. I would have been able to go. That was a big slip up by the FMF to post that it was in PHX before anything was guaranteed. Hopefully they bring a friendly to AZ sometime soon.
