Hector Moreno (Espanyol)– Moreno played 57 minutes in the 3-0 loss against Levante. Next: Malaga 10/29 La Liga; Barcelona 11/1 La Liga

Javier Aguirre(Espanyol)– Aguirre’s Espanyol lost 3-0 against Levante. Next: Malaga 10/29 La Liga; Barcelona 11/1 La Liga

Andres Guardado (Valencia)– Guardado did not play in the Europa League game against St. Gallen; Valencia won 5-1. Guardado remained on the bench for the 4-1 loss to Villareal. Next: Almeria 10/30 La Liga; Getafe 11/3 La Liga

Jonathan Dos Santos (Barcelona )– Dos Santos suffered an unfortunate accident to his anterior cruciate ligament on his right knee. He’s expected to be out for six months.

Carlos Vela (Real Sociedad)– Vela played all 90 minutes in the Champions League 1-0 loss to Manchester United. He remained on the bench until the 81st minute in the 3-0 win against Almeria. Next: Valladolid 10/30 La Liga; Osasuna 11/2 La Liga

Giovani Dos Santos (Villarreal)– Dos Santos played all 90 minutes and scored twice and missed a penalty in the 4-1 win against Valencia. He scored in the 49th and 84th minutes. Next: Getafe 10/31 La Liga; Elche 11/4 La Liga

Javier Aquino(Villarreal)– Javier Aquino remained on the bench until the 73rd minute during the 4-1 win against Valencia. Next: Getafe 10/31 La Liga; Elche 11/4 La Liga

Nery Castillo(Rayo Vallecano)– Nery Castillo played 63 minutes in the 3-0 loss to Real Valladolid. Next: Osasuna 10/30 La Liga; Real Madrid 11/2 La Liga

Anibal Zurdo(Sabadell)– Zurdo played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 loss to Lugo. Next: Murcia 11/3

Ulises Davila(Cordoba)– Davila played 72 minutes in the 2-2 draw against Murcia. Next: Sporting 11/3

ENGLAND

Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez (Manchester United)– Hernandez played 80 minutes and had a goal disallowed for being offside during the 1-0 win against Real Sociedad during the Champions League. He entered the game against Stoke in the 68th minute and scored the winning goal in the 80th minute to give United a 3-2 win. Next: Norwich 10/29 EPL; Fulham 11/2 EPL

FRANCE

Guillermo Ochoa(Ajaccio)– Ochoa played all 90 minutes in the 2-1 loss to Guingamp Next: Valenciennes 11/2 La Ligue.

Portugal

Diego Reyes(Porto)– Reyes was not called for the first team games against Zenit St. Petersburg or the match against Lisbon. He played midweek with Porto B. Next: Next: Belenenses 11/2 Primeira Liga

Hector Herrera(Porto)– Herrera made his debut in the Champions League with a record; he was sent off after two yellow cards in the 6th minute 1-0 loss to Zenit St. Petersburg. Herrera started and played 67 minutes in the 3-1 win against SP Lisbon. Next: Belenenses 11/2 Primeira Liga

Netherlands

Jesus ‘Tecatito’ Corona(Twente)– Corona entered the 3-2 loss to ADO den Haag in the 63rd minute. Next: NEC 11/2 Eredivisie

Scotland

Gabriel Piccolo(Patrick Thistle)- Remained on the bench during the 2-1 loss to Celtic. Next: Aberdeen 11/4 SPL

USA

Erick Torres(Chivas USA)– Torres played all 90 minutes in the 5-0 loss to the Portland Timbers during the last game of the season.

Richard Sanchez(Fort Lauderdale Strikers)– Sanchez played all 90 minutes in the 3-1 loss to Minnesota United FC. Next: FC Edmonton 11/3

  1. Wow it either went real good or real bad for our Mexican players abroad. Glad to see Gio and Javier back to scoring with ease. Sucks for Vela’s horrible game in Champions league, this guys needs to track back and help some of his players were upset at him.

  2. I wondering where Gabriel Piccolo came from. I looked at wikipedia and apparently he plays defense and he’s career just started. He also is very young, the same age as Gio, Vela, and Chichartito.
