Hector Moreno (Espanyol)– Moreno suffered a small injury that kept him out of the 2-0 loss to Deportivo. Espanyol had little hopes to advance to European competition due to recent performances, and will have little to play for other than pride for the remainder of the season. He will now join the Mexican national team for upcoming qualifiers and the Conferderations Cup. Next: Barcelona 5/26 La Liga; Celta Vigo 6/1 La Liga

Javier Aguirre& Alfredo Tena(Espanyol)– Lost 2-0 to Deportivo la Coruna. He helped keep Espanyol in the first division and will negotiate his future at the end of the season. Next:Barcelona 5/26 La Liga; Celta Vigo 6/1 La Liga

Andres Guardado (Valencia)– Guardado played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 win against Getafe. Next: Granada 5/26 La Liga; Sevilla 6/1 La Liga

Jonathan Dos Santos (Barcelona )– Dos Santos entered the 2-1 win against Valladolid in the 76th minute. Next: Next: Espanyol 5/26 La Liga ; Malaga 6/1 La Liga

Carlos Vela (Real Sociedad)– Vela played 80 minutes in the 2-1 win against Sevilla. Real Sociedad will continue their fight for a Champions League place. They are currently locked with Valencia for a spot. Next: Real Madrid 5/26 La Liga; Deportivo 6/1 La Liga

Giovani Dos Santos (Mallorca)– Dos Santos played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 win against Betis. Mallorca currently sit in 19th place in the table and are desperately trying to hold on to a place in la Liga. Next: Atletico 5/26 La Liga; Valladolid 6/1 La Liga

Anibal Zurdo(Sabadell)– Anibal played 61 minutes in the 2-0 loss to Racing. Next: Lugo 5/26; Elche 6/1

Ulises Davila(Sabadell)– Davila returned from injury and played 54 minutes during the 2-0 loss to Racing. Next: Next: Lugo 5/26; Elche 6/1

Javier Aquino(Villarreal)– Played 70 minutes in the 4-1 win against Alcorcon Next: Xerez 5/27; Barcelona B 6/2


Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez (Manchester United)– Chicharito scored his 50th goal with United during the 5-5 draw against West Brom. He played all 90 minutes and scored in the 63rd minute. Next: Season has ended.


Guillermo Ochoa(Ajaccio)– Ochoa played all 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw against Rennes. Ajaccio are currently above the relegation zone, but aren’t safe yet. They need to win to stay up in Ligue 1. Next: Nice 5/26 La Ligue.


Giovani Casillas(Chivas USA)-Casillas entered the game in the 56th minute. Chivas lost 4-1 against Real Salt Lake. Next: Colorado 5/25 MLS


Pedro Arce(Anagennisi Giannitsa)- No recent activity.


Diego Reyes(America) will play with F.C. Porto starting with the 2013-2014 season. He’s signed a contract for 5 years.

Hector Herrera-(Pachuca) will play with Porto.

    1. That assist was AWESOME! I watched the game and I was like, “Ch14 with an assist!? From a cross!? Damn!!!” He looked like a complete package there. Running at defenders and linking up. Hopefully he has much success next season!

I’m sure you’re getting tired of me thanking you week in and wee out, but I really appreciate this site and the ease it is to find all Mexican Abroad. Any news on transfer rumors? Gio to Valencia? Is Hector Moreno out? What about the young guns from Liga MX? Anything would be great!
