It was a quiet week for the Mexicans abroad, but check out how the contingent fared!

SPAIN

Hector Moreno (Espanyol)– Moreno played all 90 minutes in the 2-2 draw against Sevilla. Next: Real Madrid 12/16 La Liga

Javier Aguirre& Alfredo Tena(Espanyol)– Were at the helm during the 2-2 draw against Sevilla. Almost had a W in their column in La Liga with their new team, but Sevilla managed to draw in the 91st minute of the game. Next:Real Madrid 12/16 La Liga.

Andres Guardado (Valencia)– Guardado played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 Champions League win against Lille. They advance as second place of their group. Guardado was given all 90 minutes again in the 1-0 win against Osasuna. Next: Osasuna 12/11 Spanish Cup; Rayo 12/16 La Liga

Jonathan Dos Santos (Barcelona )– Dos Santos watched the 0-0 draw against Benfica from the bench during the Champions League. He did not make the team sheet for the 2-1 win against Betis. Next: Cordoba 12/12 Spanish Cup; Atletico 12/16 La Liga

Anibal Zurdo(Sabadell)– Zurdo played 70 minutes and gave an assist during the 2-2 draw against Murcia. Next: Racing 12/16

Ulises Davila(Sabadell)– Davila played all 90 minutes and gave away a penalty in the last instances of the game during the 2-2 draw against Murcia. Next: Racing 12/16

Carlos Vela (Real Sociedad)– Missed the 1-1 draw against Getafe due to suspension. Next: Granada 12/15 La Liga.

Giovani Dos Santos (Mallorca)– Dos Santos played all 90 minutes in the 4-0 loss to Levante. Next: Sevilla 12/12 Spanish Cup; Athletic 12/15 La Liga

ENGLAND

Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez (Manchester United)– Hernandez played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 Champions League loss to Cluj. He remained on the bench for the 3-2 win against Manchester City. Next: Sunderland 12/16 Premier League.

FRANCE

Guillermo Ochoa(Ajaccio)– Ochoa played all 90 minutes in the 3-0 loss to Montpellier. Next: Reims 12/12 La Ligue; Troyes 12/15 La Ligue

GERMANY

Francisco ‘Maza’ Rodriguez (Stuttgart) – Rodriguez played all 90 minutes in the 1-0 loss to Molde. ‘Maza’ played all 90 minutes in the 3-1 win against Schalke. Next: Mainz 12/15 Bundesliga.

Finland

Jose Manuel Rivera(RoPS)– Team has already won the league.

Rumors

Nery Castillo and Hugo Ayala came up as possible additions to Aguirre’s Espanyol squad in addition to the previous rumor of Oribe Peralta. However, Castillo is no longer an option as he’s been transfered to Leon but Ayala may still be a possibility.

Diego Reyes has extended his stay with America, so he won’t be moving abroad during this transfer window.
