Rumors

Jonathan dos Santos was rumored to be going to Mallorca to join Giovani, but the club later denied the claim. However, both players were spotted in Sevilla where it’s now rumored the younger brother will head.

  1. Sevilla is still interested in Jonathan dos Santos? Wow. I thought they didn’t want him anymore because he declined them. I hope he takes Rafael Marquez’s advice and leaves for a loan.

    I also heard that Nestor Vidrio’s agent claimes that the player has two offers from European teams. One of those teams is French team Lille and the other is the Spanish team Levante. I think it’s good for young Mexican players to go to small team and prove themselves and move on to bigger clubs. (Ex: Marquez, Moreno, Maza, Guardado, etc)

    1. It seems like Jona is pretty set on staying in Barcelona even if there are other teams sniffing around.

      Thanks for the heads up! The rumor first started around August, but it seems because his contract is up soon and his agents are advising Atlas to sell him so they can make a profit. We’ll keep you posted on that as it progresses.
