Super Clasico Weekend: Who Are You Rooting For?

Celtic v Rangers. Barcelona v Real Madrid. Boca v River Plate.

Chivas v America.

It’s a Super Clasico weekend in Mexico. Who will you be rooting for this Sunday?

Chivas holds the current bragging right according to the past three games. They have won two and drawn one. America last defeated Chivas in the Apertura 2009 at the Azteca.

America has lost their previous two games against Morelia and Monterrey.

Chivas come in with a win against Toluca and a loss against Estudiantes.

Four games are left in the regular season, and points are crucial to make to to the post season. America currently sits in fifth place with 22 points, while Chivas sits out of the post season zone in 11th place with 15 points.

Will Chivas have home field advantage? Will America’s season form guide them through?
